Recently completed 5 course Florentine Mandocello (Luito) for John Pailillio Sitka top , mahogany back and sides . Laminated Cedro neck. Ebony fittings.
This A-style Mandocello just completed for Jim Walsh. Of Sitka Spruce and Red Maple, it turned out beautifully with a clear and open tone. Very punchy in the low strings and massive amounts of sustain. The basic appointments give a classic look.

Here is a 5 string NV recently completed for Roman Gnielinski. With Bachus on the peghead and fit with Chuck Herin's marvelous "pegheads". Another interesting project.
