This is the spot where I get to talk about all the behind the scenes stuff.

First I want to thank J. Mendelson for doing his thing so well and making it fun at the same time. As some of you are reading this may know, lately we’ve been mostly concentrating on the fine tuning of our NV. This last group of three instruments has been a real education in where we go along with mainstream violin building and where we are breaking new ground. The voicing or tuning of these instruments using the standard methods of plate graduation, wood selection and air chamber tuning and our own tone bar setup, has not been done to this extent in an electric instrument before. I hope to keep this section fairly up to date, feel free to write me with any questions or feedback on what Dan and I are doing.
